Marvellous and incredible location minutes from city centre. Only 20 minutes on foot from Luxembourg railway station. Early check-in, very welcoming employees. Breakfast with fresh bakery.

Way too small bathroom.

The breakfasts with fresh bakery. Early check-in, good-sized rooms with coffee/tea, spacious bathroom and a nice view.

It was just what we had hoped for.

The stay was relaxing; nothing too much trouble. Everything was good - bright rooms and savoury breakfasts. The staff were accommodating, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The property

The hotel was in the perfect location in the center of the main square.

No air conditioning, which wouldn't have been a problem had the temperature that day not been 85 F.

Absolutely fantastic and clean place overall with marvellous and fantastic location in the old town. Superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating employees with nice manners. A wide range of food for breakfast including pastries, eggs, cheese, and meats.  

Delicious breakfast and a great way to start the day. Fantastic location in the heart of the city and easy to find.- Amazing room with a beautiful view and cozy ambiance.

Some staff at the restaurant were not the friendliest. Room was quite hot during our summer stay and difficult to cool down.

I had modest and decent size room complete with a window looking into an internal space, the heating plus the perfect view.

the hotel was located in the middle of the city. the provided breakfast was tasty with cheese, meat, yogurts.

The units are neat and modest with terrace. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and affable, we thoroughly enjoyed them.

The value for money at Francais was absolutely worth it. The room was quiet, comfortable, and the artwork throughout the hotel was interesting. The location was perfect, right on a town square overlooking the Christmas market,
