The location couldn't be better, right on Place d'Armes. It made exploring the city easy, with restaurants and shops just steps away. The decor, with art on every floor, created a unique atmosphere. My room was clean and had a nice electric kettle for tea. Staff were helpful, offering quick service and friendly smiles. Unfortunately, the room was quite small, and I had trouble with outside noise from the square, especially at night. The shower pressure fluctuated a lot. Breakfast had decent variety, but I wished for more options on certain days.

The hotel was in the perfect location in the center of the main square.
No air conditioning, which wouldn't have been a problem had the temperature that day not been 85 F.

We had a nice stay at christmas time.
the hotel was located in the middle of the city. the provided breakfast was tasty with cheese, meat, yogurts.

Generous breakfast buffet with fresh squeezed orange juice.
The heating didn't work on the first night. Fortunately, I found an extra blanket in the wardrobe, but it took the staff too long to fix it. The shower had inconsistent water pressure, fluctuating between scalding hot and cold, quite infuriating when trying to leave for the day!

The restaurant had lovely food and wine, made it easy to enjoy the sunlit square right outside, and I enjoyed how close I was to the fine Cathedrale Notre-Dame, only a short stroll away, making exploring the city so convenient and good.
